Executive President
Sandra Leeds is a woman of immense talent and leadership who has spent the past 22 years as the Executive President of Future/Shield, one of Seattle's largest insurance agencies. With her exceptional leadership skills and tireless work ethic, she has turned the agency into one of the most successful agencies in the city.
Sandra's journey began when she graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in business management. Her first job was as a junior executive in the insurance industry, where she quickly made a name for herself with her exceptional analytical skills and her ability to motivate and inspire her colleagues.
Over the years, Sandra worked her way up the ranks of the company, and her hard work and dedication paid off when she was appointed as the Executive President of the agency. Since then, she has been the driving force behind the agency's continued success and growth.
Sandra is highly respected by her colleagues and employees alike, who appreciate her approachable and supportive leadership style. She is known for taking the time to listen to everyone's opinions and ideas, and for encouraging her team to think outside the box and innovate.
Despite her busy schedule, Sandra always makes time for her family and friends, and is an active member of the Seattle business community. She is a role model for women in business, and her dedication and hard work are an inspiration to everyone who knows her.
Jerry Smitts

Jerry Smitts is a highly respected figure in the Seattle business community, having run a large insurance agency for an impressive 50 years before retiring in 2018. His decades of experience have made him a trusted advisor to many, and he still occasionally lends his expertise to the agency he once led, under the title of President Emeritus.
